Access Your Data: You can request a copy of the personal information we have about you. We will provide this information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
Delete Your Data: You can request that we delete your personal information from our systems. We will comply with this request unless there is a legal requirement for us to keep certain information.

When a personalised website concept is opened, we record that it was opened, when, whether on a phone or a computer, and which pages were viewed. This is kept with our own notes about the business the concept was made for, so we know when to follow up. No personal data is recorded: no IP address, cookies or other details about the person viewing it. To group the pages of one visit together, your browser keeps a random ID for that visit only, deleted when you close the tab. The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps and only loads if you choose to show it; Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies, under Google's privacy policy.
